In our fast-paced, digital society, our current records and information are quickly becoming outdated. Updating helps us to maintain accurate and up-to-date records in order to serve our Church community. The information we collect will be entered into our office database program. This will help us to provide updated, pictorial directories for our congregation. It will assist us in providing information to our ministry leaders and pastoral staff. It will assist our Heritage Alliance family in staying connected with each other, for the purposes of nurturing and serving our Church family and our surrounding community and not for sales or solicitation. Please note, the starred areas are only for the church database. Also, please understand that you are under no obligation to include any information that you are not comfortable sharing. If you have included information in this form in an area not marked with a star and you would like it for office use only, please mark it with an x and this info will not be used in the directory.
